My subscription is missing. What should I check?

Are login, activation and installation the same?
Login opens an account. Activation links a purchase to supported software or an account. Installation puts the application onto a device. Opening a website alone does not install protection.
Why is an app-store purchase missing?
Some Google Play or App Store purchases may not appear in Avast Account. Check the relevant store receipt and subscription settings.
